Log in to your CTF account.
Go to Events > Events Schedule:
- Scroll down the list and click on the title of the desired conference/event (listed in date order)
- To register yourself for the event, click on Register Myself
- In the program shown below, the "Add" button will appear to the right of the program option(s)
- Click the "Add" button to the right of Main Registration (you must add this first to register for the conference/event ); "In Itinerary" appears
- Where other conference/event options are listed in the program, click the "Add" button to the right of each one that applies; "In Itinerary" appears beside each option added
If you wish to register another person for the same event, click on Register Someone Else – you may register up to 5 individuals.
- A pop up window appears; select the individual from the list (Note: only individuals with the same company name who are entered in the CTF system will appear on the list)
- The other individual’s name will appear next to your name in the space above the program
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 above
When all individuals have been registered, click Proceed to Checkout to complete the registration process and pay the registration fees.
When fees have been paid, the following message appears at the bottom of the screen:
A confirmation is being sent to: [your email address]
Send another copy to: Send
To send a copy of the confirmation to another email recipient, enter the email address in the space provided and click Send. Repeat for each recipient as required.
