SUBSTITUTION & CANCELLATION
If you are unable to attend the conference, registration may be transferred to another individual. Please submit the name of the substituted delegate to Conferences@ctf.ca up to five business days prior to the start of the conference. After that, the substitution will be accepted only at the conference site. Please note: if you transfer your registration to another person, additional charges may apply, depending on the transferee’s membership status.

If substitution is not an option, written notice of cancellation will be accepted by the Conference Department until Friday, November 22, 2019.  Individuals who cancel their registration prior to this deadline will receive a refund, less a $125 administration fee, at the conclusion of the conference.  We regret that we cannot issue refunds for notices of cancellation received after this deadline. 
NOTEWORTHY
Tax Tools on Display:  A trade show of interest to all tax practitioners will be held on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.  The trade show will be open during conference hours.  See information in your registration kits for participating exhibitors.

Reporting:  Papers presented at the conference will be published in the Conference Report.  In the interim, all registrants will be provided with access to electronic copies of the papers on the Canadian Tax Foundation website as they become available. Notifications will be sent via email upon availability.

Survey/Feedback:  Please complete your survey for each session you attend; feedback can be submitted via the online survey links or Conference App. Information gathered from these surveys helps with the planning for future events.

Admission to Events:  Admission to event sessions and functions is restricted to registered individuals wearing the official event name badge, which must be worn at all times to participate in conference activities. The name badge cannot be shared with or transferred to another individual.

Conference Sessions on Video:  The Foundation videotapes select conference sessions for post-conference viewing via the CTF website. Access to videos is automatically granted to individuals registered for the conference.

Conference Photos: The Foundation photographs and/or videotapes events for our archives. These images may be published on the Foundation’s website and/or the Foundation's social media sites.

Note:  Foundation policy does not permit the use of recording devices in any session.
PERSONAL INFORMATION CONSENT
Information gathered during your registration to the conference will be used and disclosed by the Foundation for the purposes of administering the conference. In addition, a delegate list containing names, companies, email addresses, cities, and date of registration is produced, and is made available to sponsors, exhibitors, and others who may be involved with the Foundation who may wish to contact delegates regarding their activities.

If you do not wish your name and contact information to be included in the delegate list and disclosed, please email us at conferences@ctf.ca immediately to opt out. For more information on our privacy practices, see our privacy policy
