We are available to assist you with all of your membership needs.

Renewing online

Individual members can renew online. You must have a CTF member login (username and password) in order to do so. If you are on a corporate roster and are unable to renew online, you should contact Membership Services directly in order to renew.


Renewing by cheque

If you are renewing your membership by cheque, please mail it to the address below with a copy of the invoice that was sent to you.

Renewing on behalf of someone else?

To renew someone else’s membership online, you must have that individual’s CTF member login (username and password). If you do not have this information, please contact Membership Services and we will be happy to help.

If you are renewing someone else’s membership by cheque, please mail the cheque to the CTF office, and ensure you include either a copy of the invoice that was sent to the member or (in lieu of an invoice) include the member’s ID number.

You can recover your username or reset your password on the login page. Next, please check your e-mail’s spam folder for a message from Membership Services (ctfmembership@ctf.ca.)

If you have been locked out of your account or have created a duplicate account, please contact Membership Services by phone or by email.


Updating your Information

You can update your profile information at any time by logging in to your account, clicking your name at the top of the webpage, and clicking “My account” or by emailing Membership Services your updated information.

If you are updating your information in relation to an upcoming event you will be attending, please email your changes to conferences@ctf.ca.

Check your TaxFind licence status online by logging in and visiting your “My account” page.

If you are having issues with TaxFind, please contact Membership Services immediately by phone or email.

We can provide you with a receipt for an event registration or for the purchase of a CTF publication or service. Please  "send us a message"  and choose the department at the Foundation that is appropriate for issuing the receipt you need.

Certificate of attendance 

If you have attended a CTF event for which you need a certificate of attendance, we can provide you with a letter to this end. 

Please email conferences@ctf.ca to make the request. 


Conference Materials and Videos

If you have registered for a CTF conference, you can access your materials on the CTF website by logging in and clicking Your Resources > Conference Materials

If you are interested in purchasing videos from a past conference, please visit the CTF Videos page.
