The speakers will present the new income splitting rules and recent technical interpretations and administrative positions. Using concrete examples, they will discuss the impact of the new rules on tax planning through private companies and trusts.

If you are unable to attend the conference, registration may be transferred to another individual. For more information please send an email to adminmtl@ctf.ca or call 514-939-6323.  If substitution is not an option, written notice of cancellation will be accepted until November 14, 2018.  Individuals who cancel their registration prior to this deadline will receive a refund at the conclusion of the conference. We regret that we cannot issue refunds for notices of cancellation received after this deadline.
