The Canadian Tax Foundation Award for Quebec 1998-99

Dominic C. Belley

The Canadian Tax Foundation is pleased to announce that Dominic C. Belley is the Quebec winner of the 1998-99 competition for the best undergraduate student paper submitted on matters affecting the Canadian tax system. Mr. Belley wrote the paper "The Corporate Veil in Tax Law: In Praise of Circumspection" as a third-year student at the University of McGill Faculty of Law. He received his BCL and LLB degrees, with distinction, in June 2000, and is currently working as a student at Fraser Milner Casgrain in Montreal.
